Dr. Adepoju has excelled in education, finance, leadership and administration. His leadership style reflects a commitment to excellence, high performance, teamwork and integrity. As a leader, he is gifted in the area of managing people to accomplish goals. He has the extraordinary ability to develop and empower people to attain their maximum potential and operate at peak performance in any organization. He is positive, knowledgeable, and intelligent and has strong work ethics.
Dr. Adepoju possesses a wealth of academic and professional experience that can undoubtedly transform any work environment. For over twenty years, Dr. Adepoju has dedicated his life to developing individuals regardless of age. His passion for youth development led him to organize and host seminars and conferences for youth in the US and abroad. In banking, Dr. Adepoju led a team that managed a new bank branch and the results within three (3) months showed no losses. Dr. Adepoju has pioneered two (2) thriving non-profit organizations and has received many awards and proclamations lauding his leadership and work in the community.
He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Banking and Finance from Morehouse College in Atlanta. He was the top student in Banking and Finance class at Morehouse and was awarded the Continental Illinois Bank Award in 1983. Dr. Adepoju also holds a Masters of Public Administration from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville Alabama, a Masters of Ministry degree in Leadership Administration and Manpower Enhancement from Southwestern Christian University in Bethany Oklahoma and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma. Dr. Olatunde Adepoju is committed to changing the focus of leadership. He believes an organization succeeds on both technical training and people development. He is an author of several published books and articles and a mentor and coach to many. He is a past president of the Nigerian Ministers’ Fellowship (NMF) in Georgia. He currently serves as a board member of Royal Grace Assembly, King’s Chapel in Snellville, Georgia, The Fifthliner based in Lagos Nigeria, and Committee member of Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory of the United States Government. He is a ‘DiSC’ Certified Trainer.
He has a mentoring program that helps youth to chart their life careers taking them through a nine step program. The program includes;
